Ashscale Queen: The Dragon Pact

Gray-scaled dragon woman Seren is treated as cursed in a society that ranks dragons by scale color. Her father and silver-scaled sister Celeste expect Celeste to form a divine mate pact with Aldric, the only dragon emperor in ten thousand years. At the ceremony, Aldric passes the celebrated sister and chooses the forgotten Seren, recognizing the same primordial dragon source within her. Their pact awakens the power hidden beneath her gray scales. Seren rises from discarded daughter to true dragon queen and joins Aldric in breaking the color hierarchy, forcing her family and the elder council to face that the most despised member carried the highest inheritance.
