Synopsis

To claim the deep-sea throne, royal heir Kairen must wed a lawful queen. Rejecting the council’s noble candidate, he picks low-born shallow-sea mermaid Isola for a one-year contract marriage. They awaken an ancient bond, and Isola’s lost pure-blood power emerges. Amid assassinations and plots, their fake love turns real. Ambitious Diana uses forbidden black-pearl magic to ruin them. Framed for stealing the royal core, pregnant Isola is exiled by Kairen. Believing he chose the throne over her, she vanishes into the deep sea with their unborn twins.
